Integrated carriers
Delivery Hub's database already contains all the carrier data required for connection, so you can quickly connect your existing accounts without downloading additional software or setting up complicated integrations.
OMS Integration
Delivery Hub connects directly to your Order Management System (OMS) to pull in orders and send updated information like shipment status. You can set up this connection using APIs or direct integrations with Shopify and Salesforce (coming soon).

Delivery Hub allows you to add and remove pickup locations as you scale and utilize carriers as needed, so you never have too few resources or pay for services you don’t need.
Packer and Customer Service Enablement
Delivery Hub enables packer to identify the orders they need to fulfill and provides all the information necessary to prepare orders. Packers can update and add missing package information, book shipments, and print shipping labels. They can also split orders into multiple shipments when needed.
Delivery checkpoints are displayed in Delivery Hub so your agents can see the end-to-end status of each shipment and give support to your customers.
