Enhancements

  • You can now access carrier rejection payloads directly from the UI. To do so, access the details screen of the rejected shipment and open the Activity Log.

With the Report Builder, users can easily access data, filter and sort information, and build customized reports that can be used to gain valuable insights, make informed decisions, and keep stakeholders updated. • Independently build reports by choosing from dozens of Delivery Hub data fields.

    • Share reports with colleagues directly on Delivery Hub or export to JSON or CSV to send via email or to a specified URL.

  • You can now configure shipping rules using your internal service levels.
