Save filters and column settings in Dispatch and Planning so that you and members of your team see only the most relevant data for the job you're doing at the moment.
For example, set a “Morning Shift” view that displays only the orders whose time windows are between 7am-12pm or an “Urgent” view that displays only VIP orders that are also late.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have a user account of type Admin or Dispatcher.
- Determine what order information you and other members of your team need to see when.
Add a Preset View
Customize your view
Step 1: Open Bringg and navigate to Planning, Dispatch > List, or Dispatch > Map.
Step 2: Customize your view as you wish, setting the filters, column selection, and groupings that best suit your goal.
For example, to view the next day's orders that are finished planning, filter to see only tomorrow's orders, and then make sure activate display of the Done Planning column.
Save your view
Preserve the filter, column settings, and groupings to be able to use them for that screen in the future.
Step 1: Select View > Save as View.
Step 2: Name the view. For example, in the example above, name the view "Tomorrow's Orders".
Step 3: Select Save View.
