For example, set a “Morning Shift” view that displays only the orders whose time windows are between 7am-12pm or an “Urgent” view that displays only VIP orders that are also late. NoteView settings only apply to the specific page in Bringg for which you set it.  Since column and filter options vary per page, create separate view options for each page you use. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a18074ef-073a-4ab1-bcab-12625715280e/Images/Documentation/planday_dispatch_presetviews(3).png) ## Before You Begin - Ensure you have a user account of type Admin or Dispatcher. - Determine what order information you and other members of your team need to see when. ## Add a Preset View #### Customize your view **Step 1:** Open Bringg and navigate to **Planning**, **Dispatch** > **List, or Dispatch** > **Map**. **Step 2:** Customize your view as you wish, setting the filters, column selection, and groupings that best suit your goal. For example, to view the next day's orders that are finished planning, filter to see only tomorrow's orders, and then make sure activate display of the **Done Planning** column. NoteYou can customize columns only from the **Planning** and **List** screens. #### Save your view Preserve the filter, column settings, and groupings to be able to use them for that screen in the future. **Step 1:** Select **View** > **Save as View**. **Step 2:** Name the view.
