2023 Recap + A Look Ahead to 2024

With 2023 having come to a close, we reflect on a year of remarkable product milestones, and offer a glimpse into what awaits you in the months ahead.

This year, Bringg revolutionized logistics with enhanced features to scale up efficiency, provide you greater customization ability, and offer you more robust oversight  and independence in managing your operations and teams.

  • We also helped you improve route accuracy through advanced traffic integration and ETOS prediction through machine learning
  • In order to help you provide exceptional customer service and democratize the delivery experience for all involved, we updated our CX accessibility features to ensure your customers enjoy proper clarity, readability, and usability across the fulfillment process. 
  • The launch of Bringg’s powerful Automation Center helped your dispatchers cut clicks and work more efficiently and simplified how you manage exceptions. Automations let you send alerts and custom webhooks, notify customers about order progress via SMS or branded email notifications, perform custom actions on multiple orders at a time, and much more.  

  • We put the control of your data and analytics in the palm of your hands with customizable widgets in the analytics dashboard, along with additional report subjects, widgets, and templates to give you full visibility on driver, vehicle, and route performance. 
  • With custom attributes, we let you keep all your business’s order-related data centralized in Bringg to streamline your operations. 
  • Bringg helped your drivers manage orders effectively and minimize errors with a collection of new updates to the Driver App offering them a clear view of order inventory, while giving you full visibility of their location and progress. 


Now as we enter 2024, we look forward to giving you the latest in Bringg advancements including:

  • Greater visibility of order history - Enjoy an enhanced History tab that includes additional columns and filters, and the ability to select the ones you wish to see.
  • Ability to chat with drivers - Keep your team connected throughout the fulfillment journey with the ability to communicate with drivers easily and in real time.
  • Improved look, feel and functionality to Dispatch and Planning pages -  Grow your order management capabilities, whether for planned or on demand orders.  Enjoy real time tracking, data insights, the ability to take action on a route or an order, and more.
  • Optimization previews - simulate the impact made on your routes when changing certain optimization settings.
  • Streamlined capabilities of the Carrier Selector - Create more specific rules for assigning carriers that include the application of service plans, handling requirements, and other attributes. Keep your relationships with carriers front and center by assigning orders based on their vendor allocation percentage.
  • Enhanced AI and machine learning capabilities - to improve your ability to accurately predict timing and efficiency, thereby saving you money.
  • Privacy enhancements - as part of our effort to better serve you and protect your customer data, we will be narrowing the time frame for preserving your customers’ personal identification information (PII) for all completed (“canceled” and “done”) orders from three months to 45 days. This ensures greater privacy and compliance with updated regulations. Retention for Open orders (not completed), including PII, will be extended from three to six months. Anonymized order data (including for completed orders) will remain accessible for analytics and data insights for six months. Stay tuned for further details in the coming months, including the exact date when these changes will take effect.
