Endpoints are Just the Beginning

We've introduced several major enhancements to our API documentation to ensure your ease of integration with Bringg.

Improved Self-Service and Accuracy:

  • Enhanced Navigation: Easily find articles and API references using categorized, grouped, and filtered content. For example, find all the vehicle-related API references in the Vehicle section of Resource APIs.
  • Updated Objects: We’re doing a thorough review of our reference documentation to help prevent hiccups. Check out the updated Order and Waypoint objects to see examples of our enhanced readability and comprehensiveness.
  • Webhook Subscription Updates: Want to subscribe to webhooks? We’ve made it easier to do so with revised subscription instructions.

Better Clarity and Readability:

  • Data Formatting Guide: Use our comprehensive guide on data types and formatting to make sure payloads align smoothly.
  • Expanded Webhook Documentation: Enjoy detailed webhook info with samples and field lists. We’ve also added a webhook index so you can see the full list of Bringg webhooks.

Opportunity for Feedback:

  • Article Ratings: Help us help you by sharing your constructive input. Give an article a thumbs up, and add comments to help us with future prioritization.

Transparency Around Updates:

Changelog: Wondering if you’ve missed anything? Use the changelog to keep informed about new or updated endpoints, parameters, webhooks, and backend logic. We update it regularly to make sure you have the latest information.

Introducing Interactive Tutorials

You can now find hands-on clickable training guides throughout the help documentation. Follow along at your own pace, clicking hotspots as you go.

  • Updated Automatic Logout: As part of an ongoing  effort to strengthen privacy and security, over the course of July 2024, we will be rolling out a default limitation that automatically logs out Admin users if they are inactive for three days, and Dispatchers if they are inactive for seven days.  Inactivity refers only to closing the browser without logging out. As long as a user tab remains open, the account is considered active.
