Smooth deliveries are all about the details. And we’ve made it easier than ever for you to add new order details to Bringg.* Enjoy our new simplified and streamlined approach for manually creating orders.  Include key destination, inventory, and other order data to your records. Learn more.

Select by Allocation Ratio

Keep your relationships with carriers front and center by assigning orders based on their allocation ratio. When you apply this new selection rule, Bringg uses the percentages you assign to each carrier to help determine how to distribute orders, ensuring you uphold agreements and maintain the healthy network you need. Carrier Selector Logic Exposed

Wondering why the carrier selector sent one order through Uber and another via DHL? Bringg’s activity log now provides detailed visibility into the carrier selector's decision-making process, highlighting the steps taken to determine which carrier to assign and identifying blockers that prevented assignment. 

The added transparency simplifies the troubleshooting process and enables you to create more precise selection rules.

Real-time Availability Reporting

Your customers like to be the center of attention. So why not give them what they want? Now you can generate real-time availability reports to help you make quick resource adjustments to better meet customer scheduling demands. Using the Resource Availability system report, you can view future slot availability by skill and location, helping you manage capacity as needed. Filter by future dates and view the next available slot for each skill and service area.

Manage Parking Spots Easily

You can now use the Bringg API to manage parking spots independently, giving you more control over your start and end locations when optimizing routes. Send requests to create, update, get, and delete parking spots. Learn more.

Better Visibility of Linked Orders

Sequential pickups at the same location are now combined into a single row for a smoother experience. In the Planning screen, this row displays aggregated data, while the Route Planner allows you to expand the group and adjust routes and orders as needed.

• New Driver App In order to comply with Google’s new security policy, and ensure uninterrupted service, we remind you that Bringg will be launching a new edition of the driver app for Android. While this app will have a new listing in the Google Play Store, it will otherwise be identical to the existing one in look, feel, and functionality. We encourage you to begin planning for the migration soon to ensure a smooth turnover. Stay tuned for further updates, and contact your Bringg representative with any questions.
