## Streamlined Carrier Management

Working with external carriers can get complicated. But luckily, Bringg is here to help!

We’re giving you greater visibility into your carrier network, and improved accessibility of all of your carrier management tools. That way, you can manage your network successfully instead of letting its complexity manage you.

NoteDelivery Hub users (with **Admin** or **Settings** access): You can look forward to enjoying the following improvements as of **August 30, 2024**.

### **Easily Access Hub Features**

We are placing your carrier tools front and center by **moving Delivery Hub features** from **Setting**s to the main menu. There you’ll be able to explore the catalog, manage the carrier selector rules, and access your carrier data directly from your home screen.

Enjoy the new driver action flows starting **August 1, 2024.** Can't wait that long? Contact your Bringg representative if you’d like to start using them sooner.

This feature is available from **Android 1.44.0** and **iOS 1.164.0** and onward.

### **Keep Your Carriers Straight**

Go to **My Carriers** for a **clear and detailed view of each of your integrated carriers**. From there, you can also check and update delivery terms, view data mapping, and so on. [Learn more](/v1/docs/set-up-delivery-terms).

- **Updated Idle Time Logouts** As mentioned in the May 2024 What’s New, we are rolling out a default limitation that automatically logs out Admin users if they are inactive for three days, and Dispatchers if they are inactive for seven days.  Inactivity refers only to closing the browser without logging out. As long as a user tab remains open, the account is considered active.
- **Updates to Driver App Sound Settings** The Driver App will now use a closed set of notification sounds, reducing device-based errors and ensuring consistency across platforms and devices.  Applicable from **Android 1.47.0** and **iOS 1.165.0** and onward.
- **Reminder: Action Needed to Protect Your Data.** As mentioned in previous product updates and communications, we would like to remind you that the default customer location types (or “kinds”) will roll out beginning Monday August 26, 2024.  Please verify that the default settings apply to you, and check your APIs to ensure you are including the necessary customer details with each new order.
