About the Fulfillments Page

Article summary

The Fulfillments page lists all orders to be shipped from your location, giving you real-time visibility into amount of orders to fulfill and their statuses. Selecting a fulfillment shows only the inventory you need to pack. Once you arrive at the packing screen, you can also see the fulfillments for this order that were shipped from another location.

Fulfillment: This is the name of the fulfillment. Select this link to open the packing screen.
Fulfillment ID: This is the ID that Delivery Hub or your external Order Management System (OMS) assigned to the fulfillment.
Source ID: This is your source system's ID for this fulfillment. You can use this ID to search for fulfillments in Delivery Hub.
Created: This tells you when the order was created. This information is useful for identifying orders to prioritize.
Delivery by (SLA): This tells you by when the order needs to be delivered. This is also useful for prioritizing orders.
Item count: This is the total number of items to pack.
Total weight: This is the total weight of all items to pack
Carrier: Once you assign a carrier or one is assigned automatically by Delivery Hub, their name appears here.
Status: At this stage, fulfillments have one of the following statuses:

  • New orders do not have any shipments that have been assigned to packaging or a carrier.

  • Partially fulfilled orders have at least one shipment packaged and booked, with some unfulfilled inventory. This may occur when you fulfill an order from multiple shipping locations or if part of a shipment is on backorder.

  • Ready to ship orders have been packaged, booked, and assigned a shipping account, carrier, service, and tracking link.

Quick Actions: Select the three dots action menu icon to view options for printing packing slips and shipping labels. You can also print these later in the packing workflow.
