Improved Report Creation with Templates and Duplication
Bringg is helping you track your data more effectively with the ability to duplicate an existing report, or choose from a menu of template reports grouped by key subjects like Orders, Users, Vehicles, and so on. Each template comes with pre-selected fields you can opt to use, as well as the full list of other fields available to add.
For example, use an order report template called Planned vs. Actual Arrival Time to evaluate how accurately your delivery times complied with their promised .
To access these report building improvements in Bringg, select Analytics > Reports > My Reports. Learn more.
Customize Workflows with Automations
We are putting more control in your hands by enabling you to customize workflows and implement advanced logic that does not require specialized development. Create automated workflows by building sentences that describe triggers (when X happens), conditions (and only if Y is true), and actions (then do Z).
You can now:
- Design and implement automations with your Bringg representative that move orders through the order flow in response to triggers and conditions unique to your organization.
- Independently customize and implement automations that send alerts to your admin and dispatcher users, or notifications to your consumers.
For example, create an alert to notify dispatchers when the weight of an assigned order changes, or when an order delivery is arriving later than planned.
To access in Bringg, select Settings > Automations. Learn more.
Enhanced Route Visibility
Bringg is making it easier for you to monitor your routes by improving visibility in the routes screen. You can now view orders in their correct sequence, and filter the data in the screen to see the details most important for your tracking needs.
To access in Bringg, select Dispatch > Runs.
Coming Soon: Privacy Enhancements
As part of our effort to better serve you and protect your consumer data, we are narrowing the time frame for preserving your consumers’ personal identification information (PII) from three months to one month. This ensures greater privacy and compliance with updated regulations. Anonymized consumer data will remain accessible for the purposes of analytics and data insights.
Stay tuned for further details in the coming months, including the exact date when these changes will take effect.
