Bringg is upgrading the data infrastructure behind its reporting tools to make analytics faster, more accurate, and ready for what's next. This work strengthens the foundation that powers the Report Builder and BI dashboard within the Bringg platform.
To stay clear of operating hours, this upgrade is being rolled out gradually, by environment, according to the schedule below. Find your environment to see your migration window.
| Environment | Migration schedule |
|---|---|
| EU3 | August 23 |
| EU2 | September 13 |
| US2 | September 27 |
| US3 | October 11 |

What's changing
Only the reporting experience. During the upgrade window, the Report Builder and dashboards may be briefly unavailable. Deliveries, integrations, and day-to-day operations are not affected.
What to expect afterward
Some reporting metrics may shift slightly. This reflects more precise calculations on the upgraded infrastructure — for example, removing duplicate records produces cleaner, more accurate figures.
These changes mean the data is more reliable.
If anything looks unexpected in reports after the upgrade, please flag it through the usual support channel for review.

FAQ - Reporting Infrastructure Upgrade
What is changing?
Bringg has rebuilt the data layer that powers reporting. The Report Builder and BI dashboard now run on upgraded infrastructure. This is a foundational investment that keeps analytics reliable as data volumes grow.
Will deliveries or operations be affected?
No. APIs, webhooks, and operational processes are untouched. This upgrade sits on top of the existing system and does not change how Bringg runs deliveries.
Will there be downtime?
Only for reporting, and only briefly. During the overnight window, the Report Builder and dashboards will be updated. Everything else stays live and unchanged.
Will my dashboards or reports look different?
No. Every dashboard, widget, and report keeps the same name, layout, and behavior you're used to.
Why do some numbers look different after the upgrade?
The upgraded infrastructure calculates certain metrics more precisely. The most common example: removing duplicate records, which can make figures like cancellation rates more accurate. If a number shifts, it's because it now reflects what actually happened more cleanly.
Is my environment the first to be upgraded?
No. Some environments are upgraded before others as part of a phased rollout and one environment has already completed this upgrade successfully.
Is any action required?
No action is required but please flag anything unexpected in reports through the usual support channel so it can be reviewed quickly.
