Put your Business in the Driver’s Seat

Your drivers need to juggle dozens of small details at a time while on the road.

Any mistakes they make costs them time, and you money.

Bringg is helping them manage orders effectively and minimize errors with a collection of new updates to the Driver App that offer them a clear view of order inventory, while giving you full visibility of their location and progress.

In addition, now you can build efficiency and minimize friction no matter what devices your drivers use, with parity across both Android and iOS.

View Inventory More Clearly

The Driver App’s new intuitive inventory display gives drivers critical information in the palm of their hands, including:

  • Higher resolution of inventory quantities along with at-a-glance pricing to ensure accurate order validation

  • Packaging hierarchies so drivers can verify what items belong together.

  • Color-coded indicators showing if an item was picked up, delivered, or rejected by the customer for a quick view of inventory status.

Complete Driver Actions Easily

Now drivers using Android can use action buttons that are positioned front-and-center on the screen, helping them easily track each stage in the fulfillment process.  This aligns functionality with those using iOS.

Contact your Bringg representative so that your drivers can be among the first to enjoy these improvements.  Learn more.

Ensure Driver Location Permissions

Track your drivers and help them avoid delays by requiring them to set the necessary location permissions before beginning a shift in the Driver App. This ensures better tracking, improving both on time rates and analytics.

If their permissions are not already set properly, drivers using any device will see the permission requirement notification.  Learn more.

Something Else You Should Know…

PII Privacy Enhancements in Reports

As part of our effort to better serve you and protect your customer data, we have narrowed the time frame for preserving your customers’ personal identification information (PII) in legacy reports from three months to 30 days. This ensures greater privacy and compliance with updated regulations.

This change impacts only legacy reports containing customer order information. It does not impact reports you build in the report builder, which still display PII data for 60 days, and which maintain anonymized customer data for the purposes of analytics and data insights for a period of six months.

The change to legacy reports is effective immediately.
